IRC Group delivered the complete M&E fit-out for a new Superdrug store at Queens Drive Retail Park, Queen's Drive, Kilmarnock, transforming a shell unit into a fully serviced, trading-ready retail space.
Working as direct contractor to A.S. Watson, we delivered the full package in line with Superdrug's national brand specification. The mechanical scope covered air conditioning and ventilation throughout the store, while the electrical works included LV distribution, retail and emergency lighting, small power and containment. All services were fully coordinated with the EPOS, security and fire alarm installations, ensuring a seamless handover and a store ready to trade from day one.
